Ordering

Goodee currently ships to USA & Canada, but plan to expand our reach globally with more countries being added.

We begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed. This being so, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once your order is confirmed. To find out if a change or cancellation is possible, please contact us at [email protected].

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We currently offer:

Promo code when you subscribe to our newsletter. The code can only be used on your first order. Offer cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or already marked down merchandise. It has no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases or gift cards.

Dining Collection 20% off from June 20 to June 23. Use promo code AlFresco20 at checkout. Does not apply to Arita Japan Palace Collection

We currently do not offer gift wrapping. We do however have the option of including a personalized gift note in your order. Please note that this option appears in your basket prior to the checkout.

While we have previously had various pop-up stores located throughout the U.S. and Canada, at the moment our products are currently only available online. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming events, including when a pop-up store is coming to a location near you.

Shipping & Returns

Goodee ship to USA & Canada and all rates and timing can be found on our Shipping & Returns Policy page

Once we receive goods from our brands, we will package your whole order and send you a shipment email with tracking information.

We will consolidate all of your items into one shipment. In some cases your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e. in the case of items with lead times or on backorder).

With the exception of a few items, all products are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Champlain, New York.

To unsubscribe from a Goodee email, you can always click the "unsubscribe" button in the bottom of any email you receive. If you are have any issue, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

Goodee is a B Corp certified company that was founded in May 2018 in Tiohtiá:ke/Montreal, Canada by twin brothers Byron and Dexter Peart. Both founders have a background in design and have always had a desire and willingness to develop unique products that can help consumers shift to better, more sustainable habits. Gift Registry

Planning a special event? Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, or housewarming, our gift registry takes the guesswork out of gift-giving. Just pick out your favorite Goodee finds, share your list, and let your loved ones shower you with gifts you'll truly cherish.

Creating a registry is easy! Simply head over to our Gift Registry sign-up page and log into your Goodee account. If you don't have a Goodee account, you can also create your account directly on this page.

Once you fill out all the information and select your products, your registry will be live and ready to be shared!

You can create a gift registry for any special occasion! Get inspired by our curated collections for Birthdays, Weddings, and Housewarmings, or explore our wide selection of products to create your perfect wish list.

Absolutely! You can come back at any time to add, remove, or update quantities of products through the Edit Products section of your registry.

Yes! You can create as many registries as you'd like for all your upcoming events.

Adding items to your wish list doesn't hold them for you or guarantee their availability when your guests are ready to purchase. We recommend checking back every now and then and refreshing your list with your latest picks.

If you have an item in your registry that is on preorder, your friends and family can purchase it and hold the inventory for you. Once the inventory becomes available, we will immediately ship it out to you.

We do not currently offer gift-wrapping options. However, you can leave a special message when checking out and we will ensure the recipient gets it.

Anyone can find your registry using your name on our website. However, when logged in, you can share your unique link found in the Share my Registry section.

Your gifts will be shipped to you as soon as your friends and family place their order. 

Once a gift is purchased, it will automatically be removed from your registry so there's no chance of duplicates. Your loved ones can include a special message with their gift to make it even more personal. 

You'll also receive an email confirming the incoming purchase.

We hope you love your gifts but if you need to return anything. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to review options with you.
